Terms and Conditions – By submitting an application to ICRA, Registered Schools agree to:

  1. Only retain the services of instructors (only applies to course(s) that lead to ICRA certification) that have met the ICRA policies, procedures and requirements for registered instructors. In addition to common instructor requirements, certain designations will have specific instructor qualifications that must be met to be registered. ICRA reserves to right to modify instructor requirements as needed and registered schools agree to have their retained instructors meet those modifications within the timeframe specified in a notice to instructors; and
  2. Obtain, maintain and provide proof of minimum insurance coverage for both the school and their registered instructors as specified by ICRA policy; and
  3. Include the subject matter needed to adequately address the cognitive assessment (written exam) in the student course manual or in the classroom instruction to cover the information while not obviously or directly teaching the answers to the exam, and
  4. Preserve and maintain the confidentiality, propriety and ICRA copyright of the exam(s), and
  5. Not copy or disseminate the exam or the exam content to any other party, and
  6. Provide headquarters with a digital copy of the course manual, and
  7. To notify ICRA Headquarters at least 30 days in advance of an open enrollment class to allow for posting on the ICRA website unless it is a closed class which requires a 7 day notice in advance, and
  8. Supervise the schools registered instructors to ensure continued compliance with the ICRA policies, procedures and requirements, and
  9. Indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ICRA, its officers, trustees, employees, and agents from claims, actions, causes of action, demands or liabilities of any nature including judgments, interest, attorney's fees, and other costs, fees, expenses, and charges which ICRA may incur arising out of school's or instructor’s unauthorized, dishonest, or fraudulent acts or omissions during performance of the Agreement, or out of the negligence, gross negligence, or willful or wanton misconduct of the school, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, and
  10. Adhere to the ICRA Code of Conduct and Ethics.
