- Assess resources that help us better align with other industry trade groups and strengthen our trade alliances”

In the beginning it was the Trade Associations that introduced certified training to the cleaning & restoration industry. Today that continues as we advance with the ICRA designed Performance Assessment Programs. Nothing is more important than knowing that the technicians we are sending out into the field to do the tasks are physically and mentally prepared to provide the professional standard of quality our clients deserve. This provides peace of mind to the business owner as much as to the client.”
